Welcome To The Seasons Art Class Norwich

Offering adult part-time art classes over a 14 week course. All courses are designed to be fun and friendly for absolute beginners, who have never picked up a pencil or brush before, through to Improvers. Our classes are a fantastic way to learn new skills you can enjoy forever. They are also a great way of meeting new friends and to have a fun experience you will always remember! Over 14 weeks we will explore four different mediums: pencil drawing, oil pastels, watercolours and acrylics. You will receive the necessary guidance and tuition in the basic techniques and secrets needed to create beautiful pieces of art. Our tutors are highly qualified and are able to help each student develop their artistic skills in a fun, interesting and comprehensive course.

The Seasons Art Class® is a brilliant way to learn new skills you will be able to enjoy forever. All courses are designed to be fun for absolute beginners (who have never picked up a brush before), through to Improvers. It is also a great way of meeting new friends and to have a fun experience you will always remember and cherish! Our Classes are 3 hours long, and run on the same day each week, for 14 weeks. We cover all mediums, including drawing, pastels, watercolour, acrylics, mounting and finish off the course with an exhibition to remember! We would love to have you join our community of budding artists just like you!

Nicky is a super tutor and very talented along with Sabanas support. I’ve made new friends and become addicted to art once again. This is a really enjoyable way of spending 3 hours on a Tuesday morning. I have absolutely no art experience, I cannot even remember having an art lesson when at school, but over the two terms I have learnt and most importantly started to see progress. Nicky and Sabana set challenging but achievable targets and each week there is a sense of achievement. The other ‘students’ are friendly and we are all very encouraging of each other’s efforts. Some like me are real beginners and others are extremely talented. All are very friendly. I’m not going to be the next ‘big’ thing in the art world but I have discovered a new and enjoyable hobby. I would recommend this course to anyone who is wants to develop a new interest.

Our Classes Are Perfect for Beginners to Improvers!

Drawing

Studies, perspective, enlarging, faces and figures. This first 3 week module gives you some interesting projects and provides the foundation for the rest of the course

Oil Pastels

A bright colourful exciting module – interesting step by step projects that create amazing results for you with our guidance

Watercolours

A very popular medium and easy to use once you know how. By the end of this module you will have learned all about the colour wheel, mixing, brush strokes and wash techniques, and created 2 or 3 beautiful paintings to be proud of!

Acrylics

A versatile and enjoyable medium to paint with making it extremely popular with artists. Our gradual progressive tuition allows your skill levels to increase substantially by this stage of the course and we will comfortably complete paintings during this module.
